Warranty Coverage
Printers:
1. Mainboard
a. The warranty does not cover the mainboard for a dual-head printer. Customers may send it for repairs at their own expense in case of damage.
b. The mainboard for a single-head printer is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, customers are eligible for one replacement.
2. Print Head and Related Components
Print heads or components damaged due to ink contact are not covered by warranty. However, the following printheads are covered by a 3-month warranty period from the date of the printer’s purchase, which is limited to one replacement: (L1800, R1390, L800, L805, TX800, XP600).
3. Warranty for Other Accessories
All other accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty period from the date of the printer’s purchase.
4. Disclaimer
a. The damage must not be caused by user negligence or misuse.
b. Our customer service team or engineers must confirm the damage.
CNC Router and Laser Machine:
1. All accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty period from the date of the printer’s purchase.

Return Policy
All sales of equipment and hardware are final. No returns or refunds are permitted. Any concerns must be handled under the terms of the applicable limited warranty.
Return requests for unopened consumable items (inks, film, powder) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee at the manager’s discretion. Original and return shipping costs (if applicable) will also be deducted from the refund.
For returns due to customer error, voluntary returns, refused deliveries, or undeliverable addresses (i.e., reasons unrelated to incorrect, damaged, or defective items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued for unopened/unused items, minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs we incurred in both directions.
